We currently deliver to Belfast only (BT postcodes). Orders over £20 qualify for delivery at a flat rate of £2.50. Orders under £20 can still be collected in person from our Park Centre shop on Donegall Road, with no minimum order required.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or unsealed food products.
- Unopened, sealed items bought online can be returned within 14 days under UK consumer law.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days.
